In bocca, si apre con discreta struttura e buon equilibrio, avvolgendo il palato con note fruttate su una bella trama acida e minerale. Chiude armonico e fine.Questo Dolcetto d'Alba di Cavallotto deriva dal vigneto Scot di pressappoco tre ettari del comune di Castiglione Falletto, nelle Langhe, con esposizione est e sud-est e impiantato nel 1979. La vinificazione avviene con lieviti naturali, con macerazione a cappello semisommerso di 3-4 giorni. L'affinamento del Dolcetto d'Alba DOC "Vigna Scot" di Cavallotto dura 6-8 mesi in vasche di cemento.
Questo Dolcetto d'Alba si accosta magnificamente ad antipasti mediamente corposi, primi piatti, formaggi e carni. Ottimo con la pizza.

Does not smell like honey.
I have purchased this tallow 3 times. It works really well on my skin! The first container smelled lovely...like honey, in the description. The next container did NOT smell like honey. It smelled like a beef roast! Amazon refunded my order. I waited a couple of months and ordered a third time. This container smells like beef as well. I get it, it's beef tallow. But when it is advertised as having a honey scent....problem!

Healing Salve for Eczema
I suffer from eczema, especially during the winter when my skin is dry. This beef tallow salve was incredibly helpful in minimizing the discomfort and also healed an area on the back of my hand, where the rash was especially tenacious. That was 8 months ago and my hand has been clear ever since. I will definitely keep this close and especially like that it's a product made in the U.S.A.

Love!!!
This is one of the best soaps I've ever used. My skin felt so soft while I was in the shower, and after!! My skin literally felt hydrated after my shower! it lathers beautifully as well!! which is important to me, because sometimes when you get natural soaps, they tend to not lather. This soap is awesom and it rinses clean with no sticky residue..I will continue to use it.
