De hervormde predikant Leendert Kievit (1918-1990), achtereenvolgens predikant in Schoonrewoerd, Putten, Woerden, opnieuw Putten, Leiden en Gouda, was een bekend predikant in hervormd-gereformeerde kring.Eerbied voor de Schrift en gerichtheid op het hart van mensen was kenmerkend voor de arbeid van ds. Kievit in kerk en theologie. In zijn preken en meditaties ligt het hart van zijn levenswerk. Wanneer hij in zijn prediking Christus ter sprake bracht in kruis en opstanding was hij hoog gestemd en ging hij op verhoogde toon spreken. Daarvan legt de geestelijke nalatenschap van deze verbi divini minister in alle opzichten getuigenis af. De rijke inhoud wordt ondersteund door een stijl van verwoording die ook vandaag nog zeggingskracht heeft.

'De laatste tijd zien we een nieuwe belangstelling voor de hervormd-gereformeerde traditie. Er werden drie bundels met verzameld werk van wijlen ds. G. Boer uitgeven. Een lijvige bundel met nagelaten werk van dr. A. van Brummelen zag het licht. Van dr. I. Boot verscheen eveneens een biografie, terwijl ook een website met tal van zijn preken de lucht inging. Al eerder verscheen een bundel van het werk van ds. I. Kievit. Nu verscheen er ook een bundel van 565 pagina’s van zijn zoon ds. L. Kievit onder de titel Op verhoogde toon. Verzameld werk van ds. L. Kievit.'

I am convinced that this is some of the best wire on Amazon, if not in general. It's much thicker with more strands inside than other wire labelled as the same AWG. It has much higher quality insulation that can withstand double the temps of the cheaper stuff (big deal if using in engine bay etc.). And even then somehow its supper supple and soft to work with, strips very easily and cleanly. Definitely recommend spending the extra $ to go with BNTECHGO brand for wire. I was very please with both the 12 and 14 AWG wire in 10ft red and black.

Very good audio receiver for my tower speakers and record player set up

I have had my 1980s Roger sound lab CG 82 Tower speakers connected to a 1999 Technics audio receiver. I use this set up for Radio and my record player. If you are a total audio file, you could buy something more expensive. I am a musician and I listen to vinyl. Mostly jazz and classical, and this is fine for my needs. For most people running a record player, looking to modernize with a Bluetooth enabled receiver, this will suit your needs.
