Dopo una fermentazione in vasca di acciaio, il vino rimane sui lieviti per circa cinque mesi, acquisendo cos ulteriori sfumature gustative.
Paglierino brillante. Al naso dominano i sentori di agrumi e di frutta a polpa bianca; seguono poi note di erbe aromatiche. Al palato è dinamico, agile e di piacevole sapidità.Il Maremma Toscana Vermentino DOC di Sassoregale nasce da uve raccolte a piena maturazione, allo scopo di esaltarne tutto il potenziale. Dopo una fermentazione in vasca di acciaio, il vino rimane sui lieviti per circa cinque mesi, acquisendo così ulteriori sfumature gustative. Snello e, al contempo, prestante, regala una beva vivace e disinvolta.
Ottimo in abbinamento ai menu a base di pesce e ai piatti vegetariani, è da provare con l’aragosta alla catalana.

Pretty good, especially for this price point.

This is merely a piece of cloth stretched between the frame borders, but it works perfectly. It arrived quickly, all parts present and in good condition. I didn't put the castors on, as it will be more or less always in one position. I simply attached some felt sliders on the bottom to prevent scratching the floor and to allow clearance for the center screw (which is not flush fit). Overall, a reasonable deal for the price point.
