Druif: Chardonnay - Pinot Noir

Smaak: Frisse citrus, rijp wit fruit, toast, vleugje brioche. Zeer fijne mousse en de afdronk is rijk en zacht. 

Heerlijk bij: Als aperitief, bij sushi maar ook bij pasta carbonara of met zeevruchten.

Herkomst: Stellenbosch - Zuid-Afrika

Graham Beck Brut is gemaakt van Chardonnay en Pinot Noir druiven. De Beck Brut is gemaakt volgens dezelfde methode als Champagne; de méthode traditionnelle die in Zuid Afrika de Methode Cap Classique wordt genoemd. De wijn ondergaat een tweede gisting van 15 tot 18 maanden, wat de wijn een verfijnde bubbel geeft. In Zuid-Afrika dit ook wel Vonkel Wyn genoemd.
