De runderlappen van het Waards Rund zijn de perfecte keuze voor een langzame stoofpot. Deze malse lappen vlees komen uit de schouder of borst van het rund en zijn ideaal om langzaam te garen, waardoor ze hun volle smaak en sappigheid ontwikkelen. Door het langdurig garen op lage temperatuur wordt het vlees extra mals en komt de diepe, rijke smaak van het Waards Rund helemaal tot zijn recht.

De Bleu Belge-runderen grazen in het Groene Hart van Nederland en genieten van een uitgebalanceerd dieet van natuurlijke ingrediënten. Dit zorgt voor een vlees van topkwaliteit met een zachte textuur en een smaak die je keer op keer wilt proeven.

Bereidingstip: Langzaam stoven voor de perfecte textuur

De runderlappen van het Waards Rund verdienen een langzame en geduldige bereiding. Begin met het aanbraden van het vlees in een braadpan om de smaken te verdiepen. Voeg daarna groenten, kruiden en vloeistof (zoals bouillon of wijn) toe en laat het geheel rustig sudderen op een laag vuur. Het vlees is na zo’n 2,5 tot 3 uur stoven heerlijk mals en valt gemakkelijk uit elkaar.

Serveer de runderlappen met aardappelpuree, rijst of een knapperig broodje om de rijke jus op te nemen. Deze stooflappen zorgen voor een hartverwarmende maaltijd die perfect past bij koudere dagen of wanneer je gewoon zin hebt in comfort food van de bovenste plank.
