Deze wijn komt uit de prachtige regio Marche in Italië en wordt gemaakt van de unieke Passerina-druif. Zodra je hem inschenkt, valt de heldere strogele kleur al op. Maar het wordt pas écht interessant wanneer je neus het glas nadert. Je ruikt meteen heerlijk frisse en fruitige geuren die je uitnodigen voor de eerste slok.

En die eerste slok stelt zeker niet teleur! De Ceppo is vol van smaak, met een mooie balans tussen fruitige tonen en een subtiele mineraliteit. De wijnmakers van Villa Prandone geven de druiven een korte schilinweking en laten de wijn vervolgens op temperatuur in roestvrijstalen tanks rijpen.
