Nu kan je je saus perfect vooraf bereiden en op het fornuis warmhouden. Bij een uitgebreider menu heb je vaak enkele sauzen nodig. Dan gebruik je gewoon een paar hoge sauspotjes naast elkaar. Dat lukt probleemloos dankzij de kleine diameter van 10 cm. Net voor je gaat serveren kan je de saus in het hoge sauspotje nog even aan de kook brengen. En indien nodig verder afwerken door te monteren met boter bijvoorbeeld. 

Ook je saus schuimig maken met de staafmixer lukt in een handomdraai, rechtstreeks in het potje. Dankzij de stevige, gelaste greep en de handige schenkrand leent het hoge sauspotje zich ook prima om te portioneren en te naperen op het bord of op een gerecht.
