Oefening bij het thema

Voor deze oefening kun je ook voor een vuur gaan zitten en in de vlammen kijken. Adem nu bewust in en stel je voor dat met iedere ademhaling de vlammen intensiever en krachtiger branden. Langzamerhand ervaar je een aangenaam, warm gevoel in je lichaam en je kunt besluiten, hoe groot jouw vuur moet worden. Vraag nu de aarde engel Vuur, jouw innerlijk vuur aan je behoefte aan te passen en het te stabiliseren.

Love it so much I got a second one

This blanket is perfect for snuggling. The throw size is perfect for napping or relaxing. It’s unbelievably soft. Faux rabbit fur is how I’d describe it. The color is perfect and consistent. It’s got great weight to it. It definitely has the power of nap inducement. My kids keep trying to steal it when they watch movies with me so I got a second because I’m not sharing! I’d get it in king size if they made it that big. Quality is amazing. It’s basically double layered with the top being the fluffy, bubble side and the other is a smooth yet still soft underside.
