Met de varkenshaas spiesjes van het Waards Varken zet je in een handomdraai een heerlijk mals BBQ-gerecht op tafel. Varkenshaas is het meest malse deel van het varken, met een fijne structuur en subtiele smaak. Perfect om te marineren, in spek te wikkelen of gewoon puur op de grill te leggen.

Puur vlees uit het Groene Hart

Het Waards Varken is een streekproduct uit het Groene Hart, waarbij de dieren in een stressvrije omgeving opgroeien en een uitgebalanceerd dieet krijgen. Dit zorgt voor vlees van topkwaliteit met een natuurlijke, volle smaak en een zachte structuur – ideaal voor spiesjes die snel en gelijkmatig garen.

Bereidingstip: Kort en krachtig grillen

Varkenshaas spiesjes hebben niet veel nodig om te schitteren op de BBQ. Grill ze op middelhoog vuur, ongeveer 2-3 minuten per kant, tot ze een mooie goudbruine kleur hebben en een kerntemperatuur van 63-65°C bereiken. Wil je extra smaak? Marineer ze vooraf in een mengsel van olijfolie, knoflook en verse kruiden of lak ze af met een honing-mosterdsaus voor een licht gekaramelliseerd korstje.
