Persistente il finale.Questo Colli di Luni DOC dell'Azienda Agricola La Felce è un vino ottenuto da un unico vitigno, il vermentino che trova in quest'etichetta una sua grande rappresentazione. L'età media del vigneto è di circa 40 anni. La vinificazione prevede pigiadiraspatura, macerazione di 48 ore, fermentazione spontanea in contenitori di acciaio da 25 hl e affinamento sulle fecce per 3 mesi negli stessi, travaso e un altro mese sulle fecce fini.
