Mas Foulaquier is fully committed to biodynamic and organic viticulture, even down to a herd of Nubian goats that wander through the rows, keeping the grass down and fertilising the soil at the same time.
This is 100% Grenache des Cevennes. It’s spicy and warming – morello cherry and florals on the nose, soft round tannins and notes of fresh strawberry, white pepper and caramel on the tongue.
