The PRS CE 24 is constructed with a lightweight mahogany body that makes it easily held and carried. This tonewood material also enhances the overall sustain for a guitar that really rings out with its voice. Combined with the mahogany is a figured maple top that sports a dazzling finish and enhances tonal clarity. In your hand, the CE 24's maple neck is topped off with a rosewood fingerboard. This fingerboard is sleek and makes for easy movement from higher to lower frets – only enhanced by classic PRS bird fret inlays for that added PRS style.
This guitar is not only impressive visually, however. The pickup system of the CE 24 opens up the field for a wide range of electric tones spanning single-coil and humbucker sounds. The CE 24's TCI-tuned 85/15 pickups are also outfitted with push-pull coil tapping capabilities to build on the PRS tonal experience even further. These pickups are classics, but also always impressive. For performance, the CE 24 is loaded with locking tuners and a PRS vibrato bridge to ensure stability in tuning and spot-on intonation. With this hardware combination, your PRS playing experience is sure to be stellar no matter the tunings or bends you work in. In hand, this guitar is every player's dream.
