This pack contains Chlorophytum Borivilianum (Safed Musli) 200gm, Velvet Bean (Kaunch Beej) 200gm, Withania Somnifera (Ashwagandha) 200gm, and White Asparagus Racemosus (Shatavari) 200gm. These herbs come with ziplocked and airtight packing to ensure freshness and quality and preserve their natural, medicinal, and beneficial nutrients.
Uses
This is ready to use pack and comes with 2 years expiry. Open all four packets and mix in a bowl. Your health pack is ready to use, store this mixture in a clean and airtight jar. Take 1 tbsp. of this mixture with lukewarm milk (or water) on an empty stomach in the morning and before sleeping at night or before an exercise.
