Works With
Supplied as the cup ends only. You need a RAM® Tab-Tite™ or Tab-Lock™ backplate (RAM-HOL-ACU) to make up a complete cradle. Once assembled, the cradle pairs with any RAM® ball-and-socket arm or base.

Do these include the backplate? No, these are the cup ends only. You need a RAM® Tab-Tite™ or Tab-Lock™ backplate (RAM-HOL-ACU) to build a complete cradle.
Can I run an Active3/5 with no battery? Yes. The bottom cup intentionally exposes the power connector, so a battery-less Active3/5 can be docked and undocked without unplugging the cable.
