The ESM3's super lightweight design makes wearing the microphone more comfortable, even for long periods of time, without using excessive pressure to hold the microphone in place. The soft microphone stem allows for easy adjustment of the microphone's position as you wear the headset. These headset microphones work great with many wireless transmitters available. The ESM3 can be wired to work with transmitters made by Galaxy Audio, Shure, Sennheiser, AKG, and Audio Technica, as well as most other brands of wireless microphone systems. You can also use the ESM3 microphone with most PC sound cards (adaptor not included). Our JIB/PB may be used if a wireless transmitter is not available or needed. The JIB/PB will supply phantom power (if needed) to the headset and adapt the mini connector on the headset to a standard XLR connector so it can be attached to a soundboardShipping Notes

Indestructible but hard to get treats out
We have a power chewer and have had the black Kong products for a long time. I opted to try this new design however, the shape makes it difficult for our dog to reach the treat. We have stopped using it since I had to keep digging the treat out for her. : ) The black Kong shaped like a pear works much better for her. Giving this 3 stars overall because she can't really use it well.

INDESTRUCTIBLE!
Our lab chews through every “indestructible” toy within a few hours. This ball is amazing! He has not been able to destroy this toy! Highly recommend for your most aggressive chewer!

Our dog is very happy with this ball!
Our lab is an aggressive chewer and LOVES his toys. I was looking for a chew toy that had a different shape than a regular ball or Kong and saw this. Our dog LOVES this toy because he can chew it when he wants to be alone and it keeps him entertained (especially when stuffed with food). He also plays "catch" with us by rolling the ball toward us with his nose. So far there is no indication that he is damaging it so I'm very pleased with the durability.
