  • Process: Washed
  • Elevation: 1650–1800 MASL

Brew Guide (starting point)

  • 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio
  • ~200°F / 93°C water
  • Grind: medium for drip & pour-over; medium-coarse for French press
  • Espresso (bright & juicy): 1:2–1:2.3 in ~28–34 sec (adjust to taste)
