Is an inverter included in this package?
No. This package includes battery modules, BMS, and cabinet only. A compatible Sunsynk hybrid inverter must be ordered separately.
Can I expand this system later?
Yes. The included BMS supports up to 12 battery modules. Additional SUN-HV-5.12-BATT modules can be added individually. However, if expanding beyond 4 modules, the larger 61.44 kWh rack (SUN-HV-61.44-BATTRACK-DOOR) will be needed as the 20.48 kWh cabinet only houses 4 modules + BMS.
What is the difference between the 20.48kWh and 61.44kWh systems?
The 20.48 kWh system (SUN-HV-20.48) includes 4 battery modules in a compact cabinet (589 x 590 x 1,040 mm, 279 kg total). The 61.44 kWh system (SUN-HV-61.44) includes 12 battery modules in a full-height rack (2,240 x 589 x 590 mm, approximately 628 kg loaded). Both use the same HV battery modules and BMS.
